ARTIST

nice to meet you!

I make space for myself by taking lots of risks and pushing myself to be as well rounded as possible as an artist. What matters most to me as an artist is finding ways to push the envelope because black artists are not given equal opportunity.

My biggest hope is to be able to find success as a dancer, but also a singer/actor. Because I've always showed a very strong interest in dance, people often try to label me as just a dancer, and that is a boundary that I am very excited to break. I pushed myself to become more confident in my voice so that I could make space for myself to play any role I desire, because being a well rounded artist is most important to me. I know that I will feel most accomplished when people look at me as a full artist and not just one thing.
